Rhian's celebration of life service will take place at St John's Church on Friday 14th April 2023 at 11am.
Anyone attending the funeral must wear something bright to reflect Rhian's positive, vivacious personality and love of life.
Family flowers only please however donations in lieu will be gratefully received towards Freshfields and British Heart Foundation
